Backpack to Penang

Assalamualaikum. Before this in my first entry, I had mentioned about my passion in travelling. Refer to the picture above, it was taken when I was in Penang about 2 years ago.I was 18 years old at that time. It was my very first exciting backpacking trip.

During my period of time studying in Matriculation, Penang is always be on top of my travel list besides Sabah. I really want to explore Penang so much since others might say that the food there are delicious.

At first, I really wanting to go there but I don't have any partner. It is quite dangerous if I go alone. Actually it doesn't matter since one of my friend live there. But you know, when you are planning alone you can be so flexible. Whether to do it or not. You always stuck in between then you going to choose 'no' as the answer. So, I decided to share my desire to my friend. Her name is Linda. Coincidentally, she had the same desire as mine.

Right after our discussion through cell phone, straight away we bought the ticket. We decided on going to Penang using train since it's going to be our very new experiences and for sure it is cheaper even though it takes longer time to reach there. But it is okay because backpacking definition is we go travel with the lowest cost.

As soon as we reach there, my friend come to pick us up at the Butterworth station. We slept at her house for 2 days. At days, we went to explore the main attractions in Penang. At night, we just stay at home due to the tiredness. We were not doing a lot of shopping, we have no intention to do so. Besides visiting the building and places, we also do some food hunting. I heard a lot of people said that food in Penang are good. As for me, it's a total NO. Not good at all. Im so pissed of.

The conclusion is, we were really had so much fun travelling with the lowest cost. It doesn't matter where to sleep, what to eat, Our purpose are to gain as much experiences as we can. Experiences are the most expensive things that you can't buy with money instead you have to go through by yourself. That's all from me. Lets go travel :)
